What is collected
The website assistant asks for your name and mobile number before the chat begins. Conversations are saved privately so the enquiry can be understood and followed up. This may also include an email address or property address you choose to provide and the messages you send.
How it is used
This information is used only to answer your enquiry, arrange a property discussion, inspection or valuation, and keep a record of that request. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel. Enquiry records, private conversations and website content are stored in a private PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon, and assistant messages are processed by Anthropic to generate a reply. These providers may process data outside Australia under their own security and privacy arrangements.
Website measurement
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand anonymous page use and performance. This measurement does not use advertising cookies and no enquiry text, names, phone numbers or email addresses are sent as analytics events.
