What is collected

The website assistant asks for your name and mobile number before the chat begins. Conversations are saved privately so the enquiry can be understood and followed up. This may also include an email address or property address you choose to provide and the messages you send.

The off-market buyer register collects your name, email address and the property preferences you choose to share. These are saved in Jatin’s private CRM for review, separately from enquiries. Registering does not send an automatic email.

How it is used

This information is used only to answer your enquiry, arrange a property discussion, inspection or valuation, and keep a record of that request. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel. Enquiry records, private conversations and website content are stored in a private PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon, and assistant messages are processed by Anthropic to generate a reply. These providers may process data outside Australia under their own security and privacy arrangements.

Website measurement

Vercel Speed Insights measures website performance. If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics also measures page visits, referral sources, successful enquiry submissions, contact-link clicks and use of the assistant. Google uses cookies to distinguish visits and may process this data outside Australia. We do not send enquiry text, chat messages, names, phone numbers or email addresses as analytics events. Advertising personalization is disabled.

Analytics cookies are optional. Declining them does not affect your ability to browse, enquire or use the assistant. You can change your choice at any time. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
